Robinson De La Cruz Hilario

Robinson De La Cruz Hilario is the Puerto Rico resident charged in a federal criminal case following an FBI investigation into alleged online threats directed at LGBTQ+ people and Pride Month events.

Federal prosecutors allege that his social media activity included violent statements, extremist content, and references to the 2016 Pulse nightclub massacre, prompting investigators to obtain search warrants for his online accounts.

According to court filings, the investigation also uncovered alleged child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and other prohibited visual depictions that resulted in additional federal charges.

Hilario now faces multiple felony counts, including interstate communication of threats, receipt of child sexual abuse material, and possession of obscene visual representations of child sexual abuse. The allegations remain before the court, and, like all criminal defendants, Hilario is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
