LAS VEGAS, NV — (October 2, 2026) — There is nowhere to run when you’re drifting above Earth.

Epic Pictures has released the new trailer for Free Fall, a sci-fi survival thriller that leaves Alexander Kuznetsov stranded in orbit with a damaged spacesuit, dwindling options and one mysterious voice standing between him and death.

Set in the near future, humanity has expanded into space and constructed the massive orbital station Delta. Kuznetsov stars as Max, a repairman working aboard the station when a devastating proton storm separates him from the rest of his crew.

Suddenly alone and drifting through space, Max is exhausted, his suit is damaged and communication with the station appears lost.

Then Anna answers.

Voiced by Anna Chipovskaya, the Delta dispatcher becomes Max’s only connection to safety, attempting to guide him through a seemingly impossible journey back to the station. But as Max becomes increasingly dependent on the stranger at the other end of the communication link, another question emerges: what does Anna really want?

The new trailer builds its tension around that uncertainty, turning Max’s fight against the unforgiving environment of space into something more complicated than a straightforward rescue mission.

Director Oleg Urazaykin puts Kuznetsov at the center of the film, alongside Chipovskaya and Andrey Merzlikin. Apple TV lists the film as a sci-fi thriller with a runtime of approximately 80 minutes.

Kuznetsov may also be familiar to international audiences from Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore, while the original production was released internationally under the title Svobodnoe padenie.
