BANGKOK, THAILAND — (September 26, 2026) — Three weeks after LISA said “hello” with “SaWaDiKa,” the Thai superstar has turned that greeting into another global YouTube phenomenon.
The official LISA “SaWaDiKa” music video has surpassed 185.5 million views, continuing an extraordinary run for the lead single from her forthcoming EP, PRESS PLAY.
Released through LLOUD and RCA Records, “SaWaDiKa” puts LISA’s Thai identity and hip-hop roots squarely at the center of her newest era.
And Bangkok isn’t merely the backdrop.
It’s practically another star of the video.

LISA Brings “SaWaDiKa” Home to Bangkok
Directed by Korean filmmaker Bang Jae Yeob, the ambitious music video was filmed throughout Bangkok, transforming streets, railway architecture and contemporary cultural spaces into a sprawling stage for LISA and her dancers.
Locations featured in the production include Hua Lamphong railway station, Soi Ngam Du Phli, Soi Charoen Khet 1 and DIB Bangkok.
The visual shifts rapidly between fashion, choreography and the Thai capital itself, with LISA moving through dramatically different looks and environments as the production expands across the city.
Bang Jae Yeob’s production team included cinematographer Lee Jinhyuk, production designer Nopphadol Arkart, stylists Georgia Pendlebury and Nanist H Permpoontanalap, choreographer Sienna Lalau, editors Bae Soyeon and Yu Hyeonho, and Second Floor VFX.
“SaWaDiKa” Signals LISA’s Next Era
The title draws from the familiar Thai greeting for “hello,” but musically the track functions as something much bigger: a reintroduction of LISA as a rapper with Thailand front and center.
Sony Music describes the single as a return to her roots built around the hip-hop sound at the core of her artistry.
“SaWaDiKa” also provides the first major preview of LISA’s upcoming PRESS PLAY EP, scheduled for release October 23, 2026.
The track was produced by Thom Bridges and Ojivolta.
LISA shares songwriting credits with Thom Bridges, Mark Williams, Raul Cubina, Rachel West and Danny Chung.
The recording was engineered and vocally produced by Kuk Harrell, with Fermin Suero Jr. serving as assistant engineer. Manny Marroquin handled mixing, assisted by Trey Station and Ramiro Fernandez-Seoane, while Randy Merrill mastered the track.

With more than 185 million YouTube views in roughly three weeks, “SaWaDiKa” is already giving PRESS PLAY a massive runway ahead of its October arrival.
And for LISA, saying hello apparently requires a global audience.
