SEOUL, KR — (September 24, 2026) — ONEUS is back in the spotlight with the new music video for “눈을 돌리지마 (Say Yes!),” the title track from the group’s 12th mini album, FIRST LIGHT : 井.
Released September 23 through B.WAVE Entertainment, the project marks an important new chapter for Seoho, Leedo, Keonhee, Hwanwoong and Xion, bringing all five members together following their move to B.WAVE Entertainment and Seoho’s return from mandatory military service.
And ONEUS has built that return around one overriding idea: finding the light again.

ONEUS Turns Up the Energy With ‘Say Yes!’
Produced by hitmaker R.Tee, “Say Yes!” combines a powerful pop-driven sound with the emotional style longtime ONEUS fans know well.
The Korean title “눈을 돌리지마” translates roughly to “Don’t Look Away,” while the song centers on emerging from darkness, finding one another again and moving confidently toward a new beginning.

That theme carries directly into the “Say Yes!” music video, where light and darkness become recurring visual elements tied to the larger FIRST LIGHT : 井 concept.
R.Tee also brings major K-pop credentials to the collaboration, having worked on hits associated with BLACKPINK, including “DDU-DU DDU-DU” and “Kill This Love.”
Xion revealed during Korean press interviews that he was initially nervous about working with the producer, but R.Tee made it clear that he specifically wanted to create a song for ONEUS.
FIRST LIGHT Connects ONEUS’ Past and Future
The symbolism behind FIRST LIGHT : 井 goes deeper than the title track.
The character 井, meaning “well,” represents a symbolic meeting place between ONEUS and its fandom, TOMOON, with reflected light becoming central to the album’s concept.
It also connects the group’s new era with its beginning.
ONEUS debuted in 2019 with LIGHT US, centered around receiving light from fans. Seven years later, FIRST LIGHT turns that relationship around, with ONEUS seeking to become a source of light for the fans who supported its journey.
The five-track EP includes “Runaway,” “Say Yes!,” “By chance,” “Never Ending Us” and “We run for youth.”
Members also contributed creatively to the project. Hwanwoong and Leedo participated in “By chance,” Leedo contributed to “Never Ending Us,” and Keonhee participated in the lyrics for “We run for youth.”
From ‘No Diggity’ to a New ONEUS Era
Longtime JRL CHARTS readers have seen ONEUS here before.
JRL CHARTS covered the group during its “No Diggity” era in 2021, when ONEUS was still establishing itself in an increasingly competitive generation of K-pop boy groups.
Five years later, the landscape looks very different.
There’s a new agency, a reunited five-member lineup, a new mini album and another international tour ahead.
The 2026 ONEUS WORLD TOUR “FULL MOON” is scheduled to begin with Seoul concerts October 24-25 before continuing internationally.
That makes “Say Yes!” feel less like another standalone comeback and more like ONEUS connecting its past with whatever comes next.
