Silva has spent the past 18 years serving in multiple leadership and customer-facing roles throughout the organization, gaining extensive experience in sales, product development, private label programs, retailer education, trade shows, and strategic merchandising.

Expanded Leadership Responsibilities
Prior to her promotion, Silva served as Product Line Manager, where she directed branded product collections and private label development initiatives.
In her new executive role, Silva will oversee Sportsheets’ long-term product strategy, merchandising operations, branded collections, private label programs, and product lifecycle management. She will report directly to General Manager Donavon Dartez while working closely with Executive Vice President of Sales Kelly Sofferman to support continued growth across the company’s retail and distribution channels.
