Cardi B Takes ‘AH HA’ to Brooklyn

Cardi went BIG for the visual.

The Grammy Award-winning rapper filmed portions of “AH HA” on the streets of Brooklyn, drawing massive crowds as the production took over the neighborhood.

Cardi revealed that bringing the visual to life cost around $1 million, with permits, security, crowds and the logistics of filming outdoors contributing to the enormous production. She also described the shoot as a “nightmare” because of the sheer scale involved.

But damn — watching the finished product, it was worth it.

The Brooklyn backdrop gives the video an authentic street energy that a soundstage simply couldn’t duplicate. Cardi commands the screen while the dancers and choreography amplify the relentless bounce of the record.




‘AH HA’ Has That Classic Cardi B Energy

“AH HA” reunites Cardi with producer DJ SwanQo, and their chemistry is immediately apparent.

The beat knocks while giving Cardi plenty of room to talk trash, flex and fire off the kind of outrageous lines that made her one of hip-hop’s biggest personalities.
