Adult Store Bandit on the Run After $300 Sex Toy Heist in Texas!

SPRING, TX — (August 25, 2025) — Harris County Constable Precinct 4 deputies are searching for a man accused of stealing more than $300 worth of merchandise from a Cindies adult store in Spring, Texas.

According to Constable Mark Herman’s Office, deputies responded on July 28, 2025 to a theft call at the Cindies store in the 27100 block of Northwest Freeway. Store management reported that the suspect — later identified as Hunter Valverde — allegedly removed multiple adult toy items from their packaging, concealed them in his clothing, and fled without paying. The total loss was valued at $314.97.

Despite the theft occurring on July 28, 2025, Constable Mark Herman’s Office revisited the case on August 14, 2025, publicly reposting the crime on Facebook to highlight the seriousness of the investigation and to keep the community alert. Authorities rarely resurface cases weeks later unless they remain determined to track down the suspect — underscoring how urgent the search for Valverde has become.

Store employees provided detailed identifying information, and investigators later confirmed Valverde’s identity through surveillance video footage and witness testimony.

Constable Herman issued the following statement:

“Hunter Valverde is currently wanted for theft out of County Court 13. If you have any information as to his whereabouts, you are asked to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement.”
