Aylo Utah VPN Lawsuit

The Aylo Utah VPN lawsuit centers on a federal legal challenge to provisions of Utah’s SB 73 age-verification legislation.

Aylo, the parent company of Pornhub, argues that requiring adult websites to account for users who conceal their geographic locations through virtual private networks creates significant compliance and constitutional concerns.

Following a preliminary injunction, the litigation was paused while Utah lawmakers consider possible legislative changes in 2027.
