LAS VEGAS, NV — (October 26, 2026) — Gay Adult film performer and GayVN Award winner Drake Von, legally known as Dawson William Bacon, has had all five criminal charges stemming from his June domestic violence arrest in Las Vegas dismissed, bringing one of his most closely watched legal cases to an end.

According to court documents reviewed by JRL CHARTS, prosecutors requested dismissal of the charges, and a Las Vegas Justice Court judge approved the motion. The case is now closed, and the no-contact order previously imposed against Von has been canceled.

However, the legal developments do not resolve a separate Nevada DUI case, which remains pending according to the latest published reports.

Las Vegas Court Dismisses All Five Criminal Charges

The dismissed counts included robbery, domestic battery by strangulation, coercion constituting domestic violence involving the threat or use of physical force, and two additional domestic battery charges.

Court-record material reported by B-Gay identifies the proceeding as State of Nevada v. Dawson William Bacon, Case No. 26-CR-052883, with all five charges dismissed on October 14, 2026.

The dismissal ends prosecution of those charges in that case. It does not constitute an acquittal following a trial or establish that the original allegations were false.

Drake Von Responds to Court Victory

Following the dismissal, Von expressed relief in comments to TMZ, stating:

“The court system did well, all my charges were dropped and dismissed.”

The performer also maintained that he had been innocent from the beginning and expressed hope that he could move forward with his life.

Von publicly celebrated the development in an October 15 social media video showing him dancing in a suit.

JRL CHARTS Previously Reported June Arrest

As previously reported by JRL CHARTS on June 3, Von was arrested following an alleged domestic altercation involving his girlfriend at a Las Vegas residence.

The original police allegations included accusations of physical assault and strangulation. Von denied wrongdoing and publicly maintained that the case would ultimately be dismissed.

Separate Drake Von DUI Case Still Pending

Although the domestic battery case has concluded, Von’s separate Nevada DUI matter has not been confirmed dismissed.

JRL CHARTS reported on June 23 that Von had been arrested again following a Las Vegas traffic collision. TMZ reported that police discovered multiple nitrous oxide canisters inside his vehicle during the investigation.

The DUI allegations are separate from the dismissed domestic battery prosecution and must be evaluated independently.

As of October 26, available reporting from TMZ continues to describe the Nevada DUI proceeding as pending. JRL CHARTS has not independently confirmed a newer court disposition in that matter.

What’s Next for Drake Von?

The dismissal represents a significant legal development for the 23-year-old adult entertainment performer, whose June arrest attracted widespread coverage across entertainment and LGBTQ media outlets.

While the five charges in the domestic battery case have been dismissed, the outstanding DUI matter remains a separate legal issue.
