LAS VEGAS, NV — (June 23, 2026) — Adult performer Drake Von, whose legal name is Dawson Bacon, is facing a new criminal charge in Clark County, Nevada, according to public court records reviewed by JRL CHARTS.
Court records show that Bacon was charged on June 20, 2026 with DUI of alcohol and/or a controlled or prohibited substance, first offense, a misdemeanor under Nevada law. The charge is listed in Clark County Justice Court under Case No. 26-PC-057936.

According to the court filing, the case was assigned on June 20 and prosecutors subsequently received a request for prosecution. Records further indicate that a surety bond was posted under the court’s standard bail schedule. A status hearing regarding the filing of the criminal complaint is currently scheduled for August 18, 2026.
New Arrest Comes Weeks After Earlier Criminal Charges
The latest arrest comes only weeks after Bacon made headlines following his arrest in a separate criminal case involving allegations of domestic battery and strangulation.
