LAS VEGAS, NV — (May 20, 2026) — Netflix has unveiled the official trailer for Little Brother, the upcoming R-rated comedy starring John Cena and Eric André.
The fast-paced comedy centers around Rudd, played by Cena, a highly successful real estate agent whose carefully structured life begins to unravel when his chaotic former “little brother,” Marcus, suddenly re-enters his world.

Directed by Matt Spicer, the upcoming Netflix comedy blends outrageous humor, family dysfunction, and social awkwardness into what could become one of the streamer’s breakout comedy releases of Summer 2026.
In the newly released trailer, Cena portrays Rudd as a polished and disciplined professional balancing a thriving career and family life before Marcus, played by André, crashes back into the picture with unpredictable energy that immediately throws everything into disorder.
The film also stars Michelle Monaghan as Rudd’s wife Deirdre alongside Christopher Meloni, Ego Nwodim, Sherry Cola, and Caleb Hearon.
