LAS VEGAS, NV — (08-23-24) — Queer News Tonight was on hand to capture history at the DNC Convention celebrating the LGBTQ Community. According to QNT, “The DNC shocked the nation last night. What normally is a slow boring process, the states casting their votes for their nominee was reinvented. Being a girl from Jersey, I knew something was happening when the Governor of my home state cast their votes saying “We’re from Jersey baby … and you’re not.”
Not only did the DNC Convention trounce the RNC Convention in the Nielsen Ratings, Day 4 generated over 26.2 million viewers who tuned in to watch vice president Kamala Harris accept the nomination for president of the United States.
