Disruptive Film’s Much-Anticipated “Honeyguide” Release Date

MONTREAL, QC — (08-05-24) — Disruptive Film’s Saltburn-esque feature, “Honeyguide”, will kick off on Friday, August 9th with its first scene, “Manipulation > Masturbation.” The gay erotica scene introduces Disruptive Films’ fans to the complicated dynamics between Alaric Spence (Hoss Kado) and Brooks Dunham (Kam Stone).

In the “Manipulation > Masturbation” episode, Alaric knows that Brooks will do whatever it takes to make the grade. That’s why it isn’t a surprise to her when Brooks has a rendezvous with his professor Dr. Alan Whittake (Bruce Jones). But things aren’t as cut and dry as they seem, not when Alaric is at the helm.

The film’s star, Kam Stone, reveals, “Shooting ‘Honeyguide’ was so much different for me than any other movie I’ve shot. The experience with the crew, really getting to know you, and helping you understand the role you’re there to fulfill brings us all closer together by the end of it. I learned so many new things and pointers being on set and filming this movie; it was amazing. By far the most amazing experience I’ve had on set.”

Stone’s co-star, Bruce Jones, agrees, “When movies are given the type of production value like ‘Honeyguide,’ it is amazing to see a porn set turn into a real Hollywood production. Seeing all the people needed to make it a success is quite a spectacle. It was like watching bees all working together on a common goal. Everyone had their role and each doing their part to make some sweet, sweet honey.”

“Manipulation > Masturbation” sets the tone for the film that promises to be a twisted, erotic journey through sordid pasts and unstable futures. When conceptualizing “Honeyguide,” writer Taylor Saracen wanted to “really pump up the scenes that had everyone talking in Saltburn and make them even more shocking.”
