LAS VEGAS, NV — (08-09-21) — Hip Hop superstar and entrepreneur, Megan Thee Stallion, comes out swinging following anti-LGBTQ comment from Rapper DaBaby, who has since been on a damage control campaign for his outrageous comments.

In an interview with People last Thursday, the 26-year-old shared her thoughts on how the rap community needs to step up and condemn the long-standing anti-gay sentiments. “It is about time,” said Megan, referencing the much-needed “reckoning”. “Representation is important, and it is really crucial for us all to have compassion and acceptance of every human.” said Megan.

Her comments come after the fallout of DaBaby’s anti-LGBTQ statements directed at gay men living with HIV/AIDS. In response to the backlash, DaBaby has issued multiple apologies especially after cancellations of several major gigs.

Not only is Megan Thee Stallion making nationwide news today but she is also enjoying success with her summer blockbuster hit “Thot Shit”, which was released on June 10th, 2021.
