We can confirm that legendary physicist Stephen Hawking died early Wednesday morning at the age of 76. A spokesman issued the following statement confirming the death of the world famous physicist on behalf of Hawking’s family.
“We are deeply saddened that our beloved father passed away today. He was a great scientist and an extraordinary man whose work and legacy will live on for many years,” said Hawking’s children, Lucy, Robert, and Tim.
Hawking was well respected among the scientific community, UFO community for his opinions ranging from relativity to black holes to extraterrestrial contact.
