Written and directed by Beth David and Esteban Bravo, In a Heartbeat Gay Animated Short Film (2017) is approaching as of this posting, 27 Million views on YouTube which is astonishing for the first ever computer-animated Gay themed short film produced by Ringling College of Art and Design.
The blockbuster project was funded through Kickstarter where it managed to raise $14,191 from 416 backers on a goal of $3,000 – Now that’s impressive!
Synopsis:
“A shy, middle school boy who struggles coming to terms with being gay, Sherwin, and the most popular boy in school, Jonathan. When their paths cross one day, Sherwin’s heart pop’s out of his chest to chase after the boy of his dreams. Now, Sherwin must chase after his own heart before it reveals his feelings towards Jonathan, and humiliating him in front of the entire school.” Written by broccolicrowe
