Founded in 1976, The Center on Colfax has grown into the premier LGBTQ+ community center in the Rocky Mountain region, located at 1301 E Colfax Ave., Denver. Its mission: to engage, empower, enrich, and advance the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and queer community of Colorado.
The Center offers a wide range of services — youth programs, mental-health support, legal & advocacy resources, cultural archives, fitness and wellness options, and community gathering space.
