Docler Holdings, the Luxembourg-based media and tech giant led by LiveJasmin founder György Gattyán, has launched a sweeping AI-powered restructuring, wiping out at least 200 positions across its global operations.
Companies under its umbrella—including Byborg Enterprises, LiveJasmin, LoyalFans, Cherry.tv, and Gamma Entertainment—are being reshaped with AI-driven workflows, according to internal statements and reporting by the Luxembourg Times.
In addition to citing “evolving global market dynamics,” Docler confirms the layoff wave is part of a broader digital transformation strategy already underway for over a year.
