GRENWICH VILLAGE, MANHATTAN – Police continue search for three suspects who are believed behind the stabbing and armed robbery that took place at a popular adult video store in Manhattan.
According to investigators, three male suspects entered the “Xcellent DVD” adult Video store located at 515 6th Avenue early Sunday morning on February 12. One of the men reached out and stabbed the 63-year-old clerk on duty and grabbed took all of the cash in the register.
All three suspects ran out of the store running westbound on West 13th Street towards 7th Avenue. The employee has been treated and released from the hospital, said police.
The NYPD has released descriptions of the suspects:
Suspect #1 Black male, approximately 5’8″ tall, 160lbs., wearing a grey sweatshirt and a surgical mask.
Suspect #2 White or Hispanic male, approximately 6’0″ tall, 170lbs., wearing a camouflage jacket.
Suspect #3 White male, wearing a red and black flannel jacket.
