LAS VEGAS, NV — (October 8, 2026) — Aaron Eckhart is stepping into a disturbing world of lost memories, hidden surveillance, and psychological manipulation in director Tag Mendillo’ “Model Citizen”, the upcoming science-fiction crime thriller co-starring Emmanuelle Chriqui.
The newly unveiled Model Citizen official trailer from Warner Bros. Entertainment introduces Eckhart as Steven Bay, a troubled farm worker seeking psychiatric treatment after experiencing recurring nightmares of violent deaths he cannot explain.

A Past That Refuses to Stay Buried
Steven’s fragile existence begins unraveling when he meets Gretchen (Emmanuelle Chriqui), a local woman who offers a rare connection to the world around him.
But disturbing discoveries soon turn his search for normalcy into a dangerous investigation.
Hidden cameras appear throughout his home. His childhood memories no longer match reality. Even more alarming, Steven bears an uncanny resemblance to Jonathan Locke, a former police officer imprisoned for multiple murders.
As Steven digs deeper, evidence of advanced technology, psychological manipulation, and possible human experimentation raises a terrifying question: Is he recovering his memories, or uncovering an identity someone deliberately created for him?
Model Citizen Release Dates Confirmed
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has scheduled Model Citizen for digital release on November 3, 2026, followed by its DVD release on November 17, 2026.
The thriller pairs Eckhart’s action-film experience with a psychological mystery built around identity, surveillance, and the unsettling possibility that the truth itself has been engineered.
