According to authorities, the incident occurred shortly before 2:00 PM local time on Jupiter Island. Officials reported that a pickup truck towing a trailer was attempting to turn into a driveway when a sport utility vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed approached from behind.

Investigators say the SUV attempted to maneuver around the turning vehicle but made contact with the trailer, causing the vehicle to overturn on its side.
Law enforcement officials arriving on the scene identified the driver as Woods, who was able to exit the vehicle without reported serious injury. The driver of the pickup truck was also unharmed.
During their initial assessment, deputies noted signs that prompted a field sobriety evaluation. Authorities confirmed that a breath test registered 0.00%, indicating no presence of alcohol. However, officials stated that other factors — including possible medication — are part of the ongoing investigation.
Woods was subsequently taken into custody and transported to a local facility, where officials say he declined to provide a urine sample as part of the investigation.
