The newly launched program moves away from traditional fixed annual contracts and instead offers pre-purchased mental health packages. These include 30-minute wellbeing check-ins, 50-minute therapy sessions, and facilitated support groups that can be accessed as needed.

According to Pineapple Support representatives, the services are delivered anonymously and supported by a global network of more than 600 registered mental health professionals. Proceeds generated through the Wellbeing by PS service are reinvested into the organization’s nonprofit mental health programs.

The program is structured to give businesses a scalable way to provide professional mental health resources without long-term contractual commitments — a model that reflects broader trends in workplace wellness and corporate responsibility.

“Companies want to support their teams, but many existing wellbeing models are not always accessible or financially practical,” said Pineapple Support founder and CEO Leya Tanit. “Wellbeing by PS provides a way for businesses to offer meaningful mental health support without long-term contracts, while also directly contributing to the sustainability of mental health services within the industry.”

While Pineapple Support has historically focused on providing mental health resources within the broader entertainment and creator economy sectors, the introduction of Wellbeing by PS signals a continued expansion into structured corporate wellness services that emphasize discretion, accessibility, and professional standards.
