LAS VEGAS — (January 11, 2026) — Amazon MGM Studios has released the second official trailer for Crime 101, its upcoming crime thriller starring Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Barry Keoghan, and Halle Berry, ahead of the film’s February theatrical and IMAX release.

Set against the sun-bleached sprawl of Los Angeles, Crime 101 follows an elusive jewel thief (Hemsworth) whose string of precision robberies along California’s 101 freeway has baffled law enforcement. As he prepares for the biggest score of his career, his path collides with a disillusioned insurance broker (Berry) who is facing her own life-changing crossroads.
Meanwhile, a relentless detective (Ruffalo) believes he has cracked the pattern behind the crimes and begins closing in, turning the hunt into a tense game of cat and mouse. With the stakes rising and the heist approaching, the film pushes its three central characters toward decisions that will leave no room for retreat.
Crime 101 is adapted from the acclaimed novella by Don Winslow and is written and directed by Bart Layton, whose previous films include American Animals and The Imposter. The supporting cast also features Monica Barbaro, Corey Hawkins, Jennifer Jason Leigh, and Nick Nolte.
Amazon MGM Studios will release Crime 101 exclusively in theaters and IMAX on February 13, 2026, positioning the film as one of the studio’s major crime-thriller releases of the year.
The newly released Trailer #2 gives audiences a deeper look at the film’s tense atmosphere, high-stakes robberies, and powerhouse performances from its A-list cast.
