Synopsis:
In Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, a fatal fentanyl overdose kills an American youth and a paramedic — drawing the U.S. Ambassador into a desperate mission to dismantle cartel operations. Former spy Abraham Woodhill turns to imprisoned ex-operative Jake Byrne, known as the “White Devil,” to infiltrate the criminal networks. What follows is a violent, high-stakes chase through jungles, villages, and cartel strongholds. Torn between survival, betrayal, and revenge, Jake must confront brutal enemies and his own past before the crisis erupts beyond control.
