The film stars Rachel McAdams (Spotlight) as Linda Liddle, an overlooked office worker who finds herself stranded with her insufferable boss Bradley Preston, played by Dylan O’Brien (Twinless), after a catastrophic plane crash leaves them the only survivors on a deserted island.

What begins as a desperate struggle for survival quickly devolves into a twisted power play — as Linda’s mild-mannered demeanor fades and she becomes the one calling the shots. The trailer teases a blend of biting humor, escalating tension, and survival chaos that could only come from Raimi’s mind.

Based on an original script by Damian Shannon and Mark Swift (Baywatch), Send Help was produced by Raimi and Zainab Azizi under Raimi Productions, with JJ Hook (The Amateur) serving as executive producer. The cast also includes Edyll Ismail, Dennis Haysbert, Xavier Samuel, Chris Pang, Thaneth Warakulnukroh, and Emma Raimi.

Audiences can expect Send Help to deliver a mix of razor-sharp dialogue, shocking reversals, and survival horror with a wicked sense of humor when it lands in theaters nationwide on January 30, 2026.
