Devin Franco Admits Reporting ‘Friend’ to ICE Over Green Card Plot

LOS ANGELES — (June 13, 2025) — Gay porn star Devin Franco ignited a firestorm of controversy this week after publicly admitting that he reported an “old friend” to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) over a proposed green card marriage arrangement.

“I just submitted an ICE tip on an old friend who disassociated himself from me for being MAGA,” Franco posted on X. “He tried to convince me to marry his ‘helper’ just to get him a green card.”

Franco alleged the individual even sent text messages and a photo of the man he wanted Franco to marry, referring to him as “property” and proposing that Franco use him for labor during a three-year green card process.

“Wish I could be there when he gets a knock on his door,” Franco added, triggering backlash across social media.

A longtime adult performer, Franco made headlines during the 2024 U.S. election cycle after revealing his support for Donald Trump, aligning himself with far-right narratives and openly engaging with MAGA influencers online.

Critics quickly noted Franco’s repeated use of racial slurs on his public X account, including the N-word, and his interactions with extreme-right accounts—one of which celebrated deportation efforts by ICE alongside sexually explicit content.

Immigration activists and LGBTQ+ advocates are calling Franco’s behavior “dangerous” and “despicable,” especially given ICE’s well-documented mistreatment of LGBTQ+ asylum seekers.
