WASHINGTON, D.C. — (03-30-25) — The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) announced plans to open an investigation into the diversity, equity and inclusion practices at Walt Disney Co. and its ABC network, the agency’s chief posted on X last Friday. This marks the latest such attack on minorities and hiring policies into a large media company since President Donald Trump returned to power.

A letter (Posted Below) from FCC Chairman Brendan Carr that was addressed to Disney Chief Executive Bob Iger, said that “significant concerns” remained after Disney DIS said last month that it had scaled back some of its DEI efforts.
I have asked the @FCC’s Enforcement Bureau to open an investigation into Disney & ABC.
While Disney started as an iconic American company, it recently went all in on DEI.

Why is the Trump administration targeting minorities? I thought President Trump was elected to improve the economy, usher in a new golden age – Instead we are witnessing the dark times of the 1940s, 50s and 60s being repeated.
