LAS VEGAS, NV — (01-09-25) — ‘A Working Man’ is the upcoming action thriller film starring Jason Statham, as an elite counter-terrorism agent that finds himself fighting human trafficking. Directed by David Ayer and written by Chuck Dixon and Sylvester Stallone, the action thriller also stars David Harbour and Michael Pena.
Synopsis:
“Levon Cade has left his profession behind him to go ‘straight’ and work in construction. He wants to live a simple life and be a good father to his daughter. But when his boss’s teenage daughter Jenny vanishes, he’s called upon to re-employ the skills that made him a legendary figure in the shadowy world of black ops. His hunt for the missing college student takes him deep into the heart of a sinister criminal conspiracy creating a chain reaction that will threaten his new way of life. ” — Edvin Karelius
This is also the second film written by Sylvester Stallone that Jason Statham has been the main character. The first time was Homefront (2013).
Amazon MGM Studios will release ‘A Working Man’ in theaters March 28, 2025.
