NEW YORK, NY — (11-14-24) — We have an update on former gay porn star Austin Wolf’s federal trial that alleges he engaged in distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). As of this date,
Austin Wolf aka Justin Heath Smith, will remain in jail as his case continues to move forward.
A federal judge granted yet another continuance in his case making this the fourth time this has happened since his initial arrest last summer on June 28. The preliminary hearing deadline has been moved to November 27, according to court documents.
The delay this time around came at the request of Assistant U.S. Attorney Getzel Berger, who sought additional time for plea negotiations with Austin Wolf’s defense counsel. Wolf’s attorney, Thomas Andrykovitz, has yet to respond to request for comment to JRL CHARTS Gay Adult News.
