NEW YORK, NY — (09-18-24) — Attorney Thomas H. Andrykovitz who is representing former gay adult film star Austin Wolf aka Justin Heath Smith, have had his court date for his preliminary hearing postponed until September 27, 2024.
According to sources involved with the case, the prosecutor’s office and Austin Wolf’s attorneys are negotiating a disposition of the case. With the announcement of a delay in his preliminary hearing, indicates that both parties are working on a plea deal to resolve this case.
Austin Wolf pleaded not guilty back in July following his arrest by federal agents targeting the distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
If Justin Heath Smith, 43, goes to trial and is convicted, he will be facing a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison and a maximum of 20 years.
