MUNCIE, IND — (07-19-24) — An adult store clerk told police that a 44-year-old man ran out of the Cirilla’s adult boutique located at 601 E McGalliard Rd, with a stolen stripper dance pole, prompting the diligent adult store clerk attempted to give chase but the stripper pole bandit got away.
Police were able to located the 44 year-old man identified as Charles Koons of Muncie, around the 1800 block of E. Cornell Avenue. Police also state that koons said not only was he in possession of the stolen stripper pole but also allegedly admitted to stealing the “stripper pole”, but told the officers that he was willing to give it back to the adult store.
Charles Koons is being held in Delaware County Jail on a preliminary count of robbery resulting in injury, a Level 3 felony.
