NEW YORK, NY — (07-02-24) — Former gay adult film actor Austin Wolf pleaded not guilty last week following his shocking arrest by federal agents targeting the distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Justin Heath Smith aka “Austin Wolf”, is being held without bail in Brooklyn, New York, after his appearance before U.S. Magistrate Judge Robyn F. Tarnofsky last week. The court agreed with prosecutors that he was a danger to the public and presented a flight risk.

Wolf’s attorney, Thomas H. Andrykovitz, told The Advocate LGBT News outlet that “the government’s press release contains nothing but unproven and untested allegations against a man that is presumed innocent. Justin is thankful for the incredible support he is receiving from his friends and supporters.”

The news of Wolf’s arrest sent shockwaves throughout the Gay adult film industry, with thousands of comments from gay adult film performers, directors, producers and studio heads.
