NEW YORK, NY — (04-18-23) — FOX News admitted to its Lies over Dominion Voting Systems by settling the $1.6 Billion lawsuit for $787.5 Million Dollars. “Lies have consequences. The truth does not know red or blue.” said Dominion Voting Systems lawyer Justin Nelson, who celebrated the settlement today.
The settlement spares the stars of FOX News from taking the stand in the damaging liability case lodged against the right wing media giant.

Fox News and its parent company Fox Corp. have struck a deal averting a trial in the blockbuster defamation suit filed by the election-tech company Dominion Voting Systems over spurious claims of fraud in the 2020 presidential race.
Judge Eric M. Davis of the Delaware Superior Court announced the settlement from the bench on Tuesday afternoon ahead of the trial’s scheduled start.
This is a big relief for the talent of FOX News, who were expected to testify in the defamation trial.
