TAMPA, FL — (08-30-21) — A customer of the popular Fantasyland Adult Center of Florida is suing the adult store after being shot outside its location. The customer identified as Peter Alicea, filed his lawsuit on July 12 in Hillsborough County Circuit Court against the popular Fantasyland Adult Center of Florida, Inc. for negligence.
According to the complaint filed on July 12, 2021, on May 22, 2018, Alicea was a patron at the adult store and upon exiting the location at 4715 N Lois Ave, he was shot. Peter Alicea alleges that the adult store was negligent in not maintaining, operating, supervising and controlling the location known to have violence around the area.

As far as Peter Alicea is concerned, the Fantasyland Adult Center should have done more to protect its customers.
In this reporter’s opinion, it is interesting to note that Peter Alicea took 3 years to file his lawsuit. Is this a money grab attempt? Publicity stunt to harm the reputation of the adult store? These are questions that must be asked.
