ATLANTA, GA — (06-10-19) — The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has handed Tokyo Valentino Adult Superstore a victory by allowing it to continue operating at its present location while its lawsuit against the city of Atlanta continues.
The ruling also allows Tokyo Valentino Adult Superstore to continue to operate their arcade booths without fear of fines by the city.
The Tokyo Valentino Adult Superstore had a better outcome than did the Stardust Adult Stores back in 2018 when the 11th Circuit ruled against their appeal.

This is huge win for Cary Wiggins of Wiggins Law Group, who brought the two original lawsuits against Gwinnett County on First Amendment grounds.
Owner of Tokyo Valentino, Michael Morrison, operates three locations in two locations in Atlanta and one in Marietta.
An adult consumers one stop shop for adult toys for men and women, stilettos, nightgowns, teddies, party supplies and an impressive array of fetish-ware.
