BIELEFELD, GERMANY — (04-01-19) — Satisfyer wins patent for its stimulating new Air Pulse Technology. Officials at the parent company of Satisfyer, EIS Inc, announced they have registered a patent for its Air Pulse technology.
“The registration of our patents becomes clear to our distributor partners and thus have a positive effect on the retail trade,” said Jerome Bensimon, vice president of sales for EIS inc. “We can now begin to sue all copies of our technology in the marketplace and will demand in the next few weeks, the first claims for damages.” said Bensimon.
Satisfyer Secures Patent for its Air Pulse Technology
The patent covers markets in Europe, Canada, Mexico and Australia. They also are applying for patents for the technology in the U.S., China, Russia, South Africa and more.
