HOLLYWOOD, CA — (01-07-19) — Netflix has released Polar (2019) official trailer #1. The actio packed film is an adaptation of the action noir comics series of the same name. Polar (2019) is directed by Jonas Åkerlund and based on a spec script written by Jayson Rothwell.

The action film stars Mads Mikkelsen, Vanessa Hudgens, Katheryn Winnick and Matt Lucas.

Synopsis:
“The world’s top assassin, Duncan Vizla, aka The Black Kaiser, is settling into retirement when his former employer marks him as a liability to the firm. Netflix has set for Polar to premier on January 25, 2019.
